Job Description:
At PetsApp, we provide an app-based client communication solution for veterinary clinics, enabling them to better engage with pet owners and advocate for their patients.
Our product includes text chat, video consulting, appointment booking, reminders, CRM campaigns, wellness plans, home delivery, AI scribe, and digital payments.
We aim to help clinics better serve pets and their owners while making life easier for veterinary teams.

Job Responsibilities:
* Manage long-term relationships with existing clinics and assist in onboarding new clinics to PetsApp.
* Review and improve client performance on the PetsApp platform.
* Support the introduction of new PetsApp solutions at existing clients.
* Collaborate with other teams at PetsApp to ensure excellent client experience.
* Own the success of a large number of PetsApp's customers, focusing on revenue retention, growth, and customer satisfaction metrics.
Qualifications:
* Veterinary clinic experience is essential!
* Strong interest and experience with software solutions, such as practice management software and tools like HubSpot and Metabase.
* Highly conscientious and detail-oriented, with the ability to apply strategic goals to decision-making.
* Ability to work independently and proactively.
* High tolerance for ambiguity and understanding of startup risks and rewards.
* Team player with leadership potential.
* Role in a hyper-growth startup with clear opportunities for advancement and ownership of customer success.
