Role Overview
A specialist alternative provision in Croydon is seeking a motivated and resilient individual to support secondary‑aged students who face challenges in mainstream education. This role is ideal for aspiring psychologists seeking practical experience within a relationship‑focused, therapeutic learning environment.
Responsibilities
* Support students with SEMH, behavioural needs and additional learning needs.
* Promote emotional regulation, positive behaviour and engagement with learning.
* Build strong relationships and support reintegration pathways.
* Work closely with teaching and pastoral teams in a small specialist setting.
