Payroll Executive / Payroll Senior - Leeds (LS1) Full Time | Permanent | 37.5 hours per week Salary: £28,000 - £33,000 DOE Are you looking to take your payroll career to the next level? As a Payroll Executive or Payroll Senior, you'll work with a diverse portfolio of clients, managing the full end-to-end payroll process and ensuring accuracy, compliance, and excellent service delivery. You'll play a key role in a supportive team where development and progression are genuinely encouraged. What you'll be doing: Processing multiple client payrolls on different pay frequencies as a Payroll Executive or Payroll Senior Handling starters, leavers, statutory payments, P45s, P46s and P60s Submitting RTI reports to HMRC and generating BACS payments Managing auto-enrolment pensions, liaising with providers, and supporting compliance Assisting with CIS submissions and setting up new payroll clients Dealing with payroll queries from clients and employees As a Payroll Senior, you may also support and mentor junior team members About you: Previous payroll experience (payroll bureau background desirable) Comfortable running multiple payrolls to tight deadlines Knowledge of payroll systems (Sage 50 experience advantageous) Strong understanding of UK payroll legislation & auto enrolment CIPP qualification (a plus, but not essential) Able to work independently and as part of a team What's on offer: Salary £28,000 - £33,000, depending on whether you join as a Payroll Executive or Payroll Senior 23-26 days holiday bank holidays, plus your birthday off Flexible bank holidays Health cash plan, Employee Assistance Programme & Group Life Assurance Aegon pension scheme with salary sacrifice options Additional benefits including EV car scheme, gym membership, cycle to work & tech benefits Agile working & company bonus scheme Regular social events and professional development opportunities If you're an ambitious Payroll Executive eager to step up, or an experienced Payroll Senior looking for a new opportunity, we'd love to hear from you
