Aramco Trading Limited (ATL), incorporated in London in 2019, engages in energy trading, including procurement and sale of refined products, crude oil, chemicals, shipping, chartering, storage, and trading derivatives. The company is expanding into GAS trading, including LPG and LNG.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Provide HR support for the London team
* Assist with recruitment and onboarding
* Process monthly payroll
* Administer employee benefits and ensure pension compliance
* Support performance management, training, and compensation activities
* Maintain accurate HR records
* Lead HR reporting, dashboards, and analytics
* Support HR systems and process improvements
* Participate in HR projects
Requirements:
* Degree qualification
* Previous HR experience
* Proficiency in HR systems and data analysis
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Discretion and diplomacy
This is an office-based role with training and development support, including qualifications, provided on the job.
