We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join our team. Responsibilities
* Engage with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
* Conduct viewings of properties, providing detailed information and answering queries.
* Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants to achieve the best outcomes.
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions and property listings in our database.
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient operations within the office.
* Provide administrative support as required, including preparing contracts and documentation.
* Stay updated on market trends and local property developments to provide informed advice to clients.
Experience
* Minimum of two years Previous administrative experience is compulsory, demonstrating an ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Excellent communication skills are essential for building rapport with clients and negotiating deals successfully.
