Due to growth, we are hiring a Business Development Manager. In this high-impact role, you will own the full sales cycle, work directly with senior stakeholders, and sell solutions that transform how NHS organisations serve their communities. Every deal you close directly impacts real people and you will be rewarded for it.
What you'll do
* Own and drive new business across your territory, from prospecting to close
* Sell enterprise-grade digital solutions (50k–200k) to senior decision-makers
* Build and maintain a strategic 3–12 month pipeline
* Develop strong, value-driven relationships in the NHS
* Research clients' current challenges, and digital goals
* Deliver killer presentations, business cases, and proposals
* Work with marketing to leverage campaigns, content, and lead generation

What you'll get
* Up to 60,000 base salary depending on experience
* OTE 100,000–120,000 uncapped
