We are excited to offer you the opportunity to join our Marketing department as a Development Operations & Compliance Manager!
Reporting into the Head of Online Marketing & eCommerce, the Development Operations & Compliance Manager ensures the sustainability, compliance and efficiency of our digital platforms and MarTech ecosystem. This role is central to supporting customer loyalty platforms, enabling automation and driving industry-leading user experiences across all digital touchpoints.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
• Leading on compliance oversight, manage DevOps functions, coordinate legal and audit requirements.
• Ensuring all local and central platforms are compliant with central directives and legal requirements.
• Aligning local, central and all new developments with central processes, maintaining current applications for efficiency and compliance.
• Managing DevOps processes across central and agency teams.
• Managing and optimise the MarTech stack for compliance, efficiency and cost control.
• Upholding and enforce high digital security standards across all systems.
• Collaborating with legal teams to ensure all campaigns, activities, and services meet legal requirements.

Qualifications
Skills & Attributes:
• Proven experience in DevOps, compliance, or digital operations management.
• Strong knowledge of digital security, risk management, and GDPR requirements.
• Experience managing MarTech stacks and digital platforms.
• Ability to coordinate audits, legal approvals, and compliance actions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Excellent communication, networking and relationship building skills.
• Comfortable driving change.

Working Hours:
37 hours per week – standard working pattern of 08:30 – 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:30 – 16:30 Friday with a 1-hour lunchbreak
