We are currently seeking a passionate Non-Medical Prescriber Nurse (NMP) or Pharmacist Prescriber to join our North East Lincolnshire service.

Main Responsibilities
As a Non-Medical Prescriber Nurse (NMP) or Pharmacist Prescriber, your role will include:
* Providing opiate substitute treatment and managing alcohol detoxifications.
* Supporting the nursing team with Blood Borne Virus screening and vaccinations.
* Collaborating closely with mental health, physical health, and social care services.
* Helping to shape service delivery and contribute to clinically excellent services.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
* Is registered with the Nursing & Midwifery Council or is a qualified Pharmacist with independent prescriber status.
* Has experience in mental health and is confident in managing opiate prescriptions and alcohol detoxifications.
* Is an excellent communicator, capable of developing creative and flexible support packages tailored to individual needs.
* Possesses a deep level of empathy, understanding, and patience for people from diverse backgrounds.
