Interaction Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced Branch Manager to join their busy client in Hertfordshire. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of growing branches and will have a builders merchant background. 
Salary: £45k to £50k (depending on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all branch operations, ensuring high levels of customer service and operational efficiency.
Drive sales growth through proactive business development and effective account management.
Lead, motivate, and develop a successful branch team to achieve and exceed targets.
Manage stock levels, purchasing, and supplier relationships to ensure product availability and profitability.
Monitor financial performance, control costs, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a Branch Manager or senior leadership role within the builders merchant or construction supply sector.
Strong commercial awareness with a track record of growing branch revenue and profitability.
Excellent leadership, communication, and customer relationship skills.
Sound understanding of the local market and construction industry.
