We have a new opportunity for a Sales Consultant to join our team within Vistry South West Midlands, at our Kenilworth site (CV8 2SB).
As our Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the sales hub/development, managing the entire sales process, maintaining records, and ensuring successful sales across multiple sites and house ranges.

Desirable qualifications
* 5 GCSEs / GCE or equivalent including Math and English (C grade or above)
* A Levels in any discipline
Role responsibilities
* Adhere to SOPs, policies, and mandatory training
* Deliver excellent customer service and exceed expectations
* Assist with audits as required
* Use Vistry systems to maintain clear records
* Represent Vistry professionally to stakeholders
* Proactively seek new sales opportunities and follow up inquiries
* Negotiate with customers to achieve optimal sales outcomes
* Maintain knowledge of local market conditions, house types, and schemes
* Manage reservations, cancellations, and customer communications
* Collaborate with site teams on build progress and customer updates
* Maintain the sales environment and show homes according to standards
