Your new company One of our clients in Redhill is looking for a Specialised Credit Management Advisor to join the team for a 12month FTC for Maternity cover Your new role Manage the Vulnerable Customer database, ensuring compliance with company procedures, guidelines, and regulatory requirements Oversee debt management accounts, ensuring fair and reasonable arrangements that align with customer financial capability and do not increase debt burden. Maintain performance reporting and identify improvements within the process, recommending changes to enhance service and operational efficiency. Handle all aspects of specialised debt management, including supporting vulnerable customers, monitoring compliance, and upholding company policies and quality standards.
