Key Responsibilities:

Support the Headteacher in the overall leadership, management, and strategic development of the school.

Assist in the development, implementation, and evaluation of the curriculum.

Provide professional guidance and support to staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Person Specification:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.

Significant experience in a senior leadership role within a school setting.

Demonstrable ability to lead and manage teams effectively.

Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

A strong commitment to the academic, personal, and social development of pupils.
