About the role:
A key responsibility of this role is to support and maintain robust quality assurance processes and audit procedures across all Skills & Employment contracts, driving continuous improvement. You will ensure that all delivery partners understand and implement the quality and audit requirements of their respective contracts, in line with relevant guidance such as Individual Placement and Support (IPS) and the Supported
Employment Quality Framework (SEQF). Additionally, you will monitor and support providers in meeting the standards of quality frameworks, including the Fidelity Assessment, ensuring the Connect to Work projects compliance to the contract processes and regulations.

What you will do:
Lead quality assurance, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement across
Employability programmes ensuring delivery fidelity to the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) and Supported Employment Quality Framework (SEQF) models. The postholder will work across Powys and Ceredigion, coordinating regional quality standards, data reporting, and improvement. Powys County Council acts as the Accountable Body for the programme.
