The Careers Centre at the University of Reading is seeking a Careers Information and Engagement Assistant to work in our busy team. This varied role will be key in planning, designing and delivering a range of information and engagement activities including social media, blog posts, emails and newsletters. You will provide a professional and knowledgeable service to Careers Centre users and maintain up-to-date information on employers, job vacancies and events. The successful candidate will be on the rota for answering emails, calls and in person enquiries. We need someone who excels in customer service with experience of creating digital content, who can manage a varied workload and conflicting priorities.
