Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team at a UK-leading Cyber and Privacy consultancy firm.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients achieve maximum value from our services, building long-term relationships, and supporting our mission to deliver excellence in cyber security and privacy solutions.
Responsibilities
* Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, guiding them through onboarding, adoption, and ongoing support.
* Develop a deep understanding of clients' business objectives, challenges, and requirements to ensure our solutions align with their strategic goals.
* Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any issues or concerns to maintain high retention and satisfaction rates.
* Collaborate with internal teams (consultancy, technical, and sales) to ensure seamless delivery of services and projects.
* Identify opportunities to expand our relationship with existing clients through upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
* Organise and facilitate client meetings and reviews, as required.
* Stay up to date on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging cyber and privacy threats to provide informed guidance to clients.
Essential Skills and Experience
* Proven experience in a customer success, account management, or client-facing role, ideally within the cyber security, privacy, or technology sector.
* Strong understanding of cyber security and privacy principles, best practices, and regulatory frameworks (such as UK GDPR, ISO
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport at all organisational levels.
* Demonstrable problem-solving abilities and a consultative approach to client engagement.
* Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
* Proficient in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office suite, and virtual meeting platforms.
