Responsibilities
* Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on all matters pertaining to the members of the ExCo they represent.
* Provide a professional support service to include diary management, screening calls and emails, as well as production of letters, reports and presentations as required.
* Arrange meetings, conferences and workshops as requested including internal catering and travel arrangements.
* Attend meetings including coordinating any necessary paperwork such as agenda and minutes.
* Set up and manage the electronic filing and information systems ensuring consistency and best practice.
* Work with the legal document process using our document signing matric and tracking systems to ensure documents are signed and returned in a timely manner.
* Provide cover where required for other PA’s including the PA to the CEO.
Qualifications & Skills
* Passionate about providing a best‑in‑class support service.
* Collaborative, confident, friendly, and helpful with strong communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with internal colleagues at all levels, especially at Executive level.
* Creative with a strong customer and quality focus and the ability to think ahead of the curve and adapt quickly to change.
* Straightforward approach, clear use of written English, high levels of accuracy, attention to detail and accountability, handling confidential information with complete integrity.
* Experience within a similar role supporting members of the Executive team in a fast‑paced business. Experience working within housebuilding would put candidates at a distinct advantage.
