What we need is top communication skills and engineering and measuring / site survey background. Someone who can manage projects from order to handover - design, procurement, manufacture, installation, commissioning, and snagging. An organiser, problem solver, multitasker. Is this you? Project value typically can be £100K to £10Mil. You could be dealing with between 3 and 8 live projects at any one time at various stages. Projects can take 5 months – 18 months. This is a hands-on, dynamic, and consultative role. You’ll be the face of the project, liaising with clients, leading internal teams, and ensuring delivery is smooth, safe, and on budget. More on the role: * Manage multiple bespoke equipment projects end-to-end * Lead cross-functional teams (design, installation, technical, stores) * Conduct site visits, take measurements, plan logistics and installations * Chair meetings, manage documentation, and oversee health & safety (RAMS, method statements) * Liaise with customers throughout the process—consultative, not transactional * Prevent scope creep, manage budgets, and issue variations where needed * Travel across the UK/Ireland weekly (1–3 site visits/week), occasional overnight stays * Annual trip to Germany HQ for training and collaboration We’re looking for: * Engineering, factory, industrial, or heavy equipment background * CAD or engineering qualification ideal (but not essential) * Agile, flexible, and solutions-focused * Confident communicator, able to lead without ego * Mouldable, eager to learn, and ready to grow with the business * Comfortable in a small/medium business culture - adaptable and proactive * Ideally 5 years’ experience, but open to junior or mid-level candidates with the right mindset * Strong time management, prioritisation, and multi-tasking skills Looking for a role where you’ll be trusted, challenged, and supported?
