As an Occupational Therapist, you will provide professional support, train team members, and act as an expert advisor on equipment and decision-making. You will conduct strengths-based assessments and design innovative reablement plans tailored to individual needs, encouraging independence and minimising long-term care needs. What the job involves With the autonomy to manage your time and schedule, you'll provide bespoke care to individuals in your diverse caseload, ensuring their unique needs are met with compassion and expertise.
