* Request and submit decisions on cases from Senior Staff.
* Request and process payments related to settled claims.

* Higher‑level administrative experience, preferably within a healthcare environment.
* Strong team‑working skills with a supportive and cooperative approach.
* Confidence working independently while knowing when to seek help.
* Legal knowledge in a healthcare setting (desirable but not essential).

Candidates should be educated to Degree level or equivalent experience in a similar field – business administration or law. Experience working within NHS Scotland and knowledge of our services and structures is also desirable.

Why Join Us?

As part of a dedicated team, you’ll manage complex and sensitive legal cases, contributing to robust claim resolution and influencing safer healthcare practices through legal insight and shared learning.
