Marsh is a global leader in employee benefits consulting and management. We are seeking a Business Process Coordinator to oversee, manage, and optimise business processes within our UK operations. This role is crucial in ensuring that our processes are clearly documented, communicated, and embedded within the organisation, ultimately delivering excellent customer outcomes.

This is a hybrid working role with a requirement to work three days per-week in the office. This role can be based out of London, Birmingham, Manchester, Bristol or Chichester.

We will count on you to:

1. Coordinate and monitor business process documentation and development based on business needs, collaborating with subject matter experts and stakeholders.
2. Analyse existing processes and templates to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
3. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and internal standards.
4. Support operational training and communication related to process changes, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and equipped.
5. Track process performance metrics and prepare reports for management, facilitating problem-solving sessions and process audits.
6. Assist in the integration of new technologies or systems that impact business processes.


What you need to have:

7. Experience in business process management or coordination.
8. Experience in project management or coordination.
9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
10. Excellent written and presentation communication skills with high attention to detail.
11. Strong interpersonal abilities and proficiency with process mapping and workflow tools.
12. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.


What makes you stand out:

13. Certification in Business Process Management (BPM), Six Sigma, or Project Management foundations (Agile, Prince2).
14. Knowledge of health and benefit market products and compliance and regulatory standards relevant to the industry.
15. A creative mindset with a focus on process improvement.
16. Experience in the insurance or employee benefits sector (preferred but not essential).
