Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust are looking for an experienced ESR user to join our Workforce Systems Team. The post holder will be able to navigate the Trust ESR system to update and maintain employees personal records. The post holder will have excellent customer service skills and be able to investigate and resolve pay queries.

Responsibilities
* To receive and interpret electronic forms, entering relevant information onto ESR, in accordance with agreed pay and project deadlines.
* Provide support and guidance to users of the electronic staff forms.
* Act as a point of contact for staff and managers, liaising with the Trust’s payroll, finance, and IM&T departments, to resolve queries relating to pay and workforce information.
* Support the finalisation and export of the pay file, including unlocking shifts in health roster and providing guidance to inputters.
* Process absence drop outs and errors generated from the pay files.
* Manage access to ESR by processing URP request forms and managing password requests.
* Obtain data from ESR to provide references.
* Support the Workforce Systems team with project work.
* Be aware of data quality issues at all times, taking action to maintain standards.
