Job Description
Our client is currently recruiting for Stock Condition Surveyor on a 6-month temporary contract based in South West London.
The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis. The rates are:
* £28 LTD per survey for Houses
* £22 LTD per survey for Flats
The ideal candidate will have a background in repairs and maintenance or building surveying and also have Stock Condition Surveying experience in social housing properties.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
* Conducting stock condition surveys on social housing units to ensure buildings are designed and constructed appropriately
* Establishing condition, age, repairs and remaining life of building components
* Recording all information and data on electronic handheld devices
* Liaising and engaging with residents in regards to the work being carried out
* Working in accordance with changing legislations, as well as H&S policies and procedures
Experience required:
* Stock Condition Surveying experience for social housing properties
* Experience booking in appointments to conduct surveys
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
1. Must hold a full UK driving license
