About the Role
As a Team Manager, you will:
1. Lead a team of professionals delivering early help services across one of Lancashire’s geographical areas.
2. Ensure timely, high-quality support for children, young people, and families.
3. Drive continuous improvement and innovation in service delivery.
4. Work collaboratively with multi-agency partners to achieve positive outcomes.
You will be responsible for :

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone with:
6. A Level 6 qualification or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
7. Proven experience in supervising staff, managing resources, and delivering service plans.
8. Strong knowledge of early help frameworks, thresholds, and multi-agency working.
9. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
