As Retail Operations Manager, you will take full ownership of the operational delivery of immersive retail and experiential spaces across multiple brands and markets.
Working closely with Client Services, Creative and Production, you’ll translate bold concepts into scalable, best-in-class operational models, ensuring every space launches successfully and performs at the highest level.
Key Responsibilities
Retail & Experiential Delivery
* Lead end-to-end delivery of immersive retail environments across multiple locations
* Ensure launches are on time, on budget and executed to exceptional standards
* Develop scalable operational frameworks for multi-site rollouts
* Balance global brand consistency with local market requirements
* Act as senior operational lead across clients, partners and suppliers
New Store Openings
* Oversee timelines, budgets, risk management and supplier coordination
* Manage contractors, landlords, fabricators and local authorities
* Ensure full health & safety compliance and operational readiness
* Own the transition from build to live environment
* Capture learnings and evolve best-practice playbooks
Live Operations & Optimisation
* Oversee performance of live retail and brand spaces
* Maintain exceptional guest experience and brand standards
* Implement reporting, governance and issue resolution processes
* Support seasonal updates, refits and evolving programmes
* Drive efficiencies and continuous improvement
Commercial & Financial Management
* Own and manage operational budgets
* Maintain cost control without compromising experience quality
* Identify opportunities to improve margin and efficiency
* Support forecasting and long-term planning
Requirements:
* Proven agency experience in an immersive Retail/Experiential sector
* Track record in store openings, multi-site rollouts, or live brand activations
* Strong stakeholder and supplier management skills
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment
Salary & Details:
* Salary: £70K – £75K
* Location: London (Hybrid)
