As a small local authority, Clackmannanshire Council offers a supportive and collaborative working environment. We provide:

* A clear and structured training and development framework

* Opportunities for further study and professional development

* Regular supervision and support

* A culture that values reflective practice and innovation

We welcome applications from both experienced and newly qualified social workers who are creative, dynamic, and committed to improving outcomes for children and young people.

Newly Qualified Social Workers (NQSW)

* We have developed an innovative and comprehensive induction programme for Newly Qualified Social Workers. This includes:

* Regular NQSW support groups

* Opportunities to build confidence and competence across teams

* Structured guidance to support your transition into professional practice

We also welcome applications from final-year social work students who are due to complete their studies. This can be discussed further during the interview process.
