Client Services Advisor (Office-based) - 6-month fixed term contract with a view to turning permanent after 6 months. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in client services, customer service or office administration to join a well-established and supportive business. The Role As a Client Services Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for clients, managing enquiries, processing orders, and ensuring a smooth and professional service from start to finish. This is a varied and fast-paced role where your attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to communicate clearly will make a real difference. Key Responsibilities Handling client enquiries via phone and email, delivering professional and timely responses. Processing orders, payments, cancellations, and refunds with accuracy and efficiency. Maintaining clear communication with clients throughout the order process. Supporting key account clients and ensuring their requirements are consistently met. Updating and maintaining client records, ensuring information is accurate and up to date. Spotting opportunities to promote products/services and passing relevant leads to the sales team. Taking ownership of issues, resolving them effectively or escalating when necessary. About You Previous experience in client services, office administration, or customer support. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment. Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills. Team-oriented, professional, and aligned with values of collaboration, relationship-building, and continuous improvement. The Details Hours: Monday-Thursday, 09:00-17:00 (or 08:30-17:00 with lunch), Friday 09:00-15:00. Salary: £22,100 - £23,868 (pro rata for duration of contract) Benefits: Free parking, sick pay, and access to an Employee Assistance Programme.
