We are currently working in partnership with an award-winning housing association with schemes across Dorset, Devon, Oxfordshire, Wiltshire, Gloucestershire who are looking to appoint a Supported Housing Operations Manager on a permanent basis.
This will be a full-time home-based position with regular visits across their schemes, with a salary of £45,000 per annum.
The ideal candidate will have experience delivering a housing service and strategic direction to service managers across a large patch.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
1. Managing a quality, outcome focused Supported Housing service across a llocality-based portfolio directly managed services
2. Providing day to day leadership, operational management and strategic direction to Service Managers offering accommodation support services for Young People, those with mental health needs and learning disabilities
3. Delivering high standards of customer satisfaction and that key performance indicators are achieved
4. Setting clear goals and expectations of others and monitoring KPIs, with a key focus in relation to the management of arrears and voids
Experience required:
5. Experience required in Social Housing
6. Experience dealing with young people who may have learning difficulties and mental health needs
7. Experience setting clear goals, and expectations
8. Experience working with customers within housing
Working hours:
9. 37 hours per week
10. Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm
