An outstanding new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Staff Nurse to work in an exceptional dialysis clinic based in Farnborough, Hampshire. You will be working for one of the UK's leading healthcare providers.
This dialysis clinic delivers the highest level of care in state-of-the-art clinics with the most technologically advanced equipment.
To be considered for this position, you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.
Key Duties Include:
1. Deliver a high standard of individualized care whilst promoting patient-focused care.
2. Mentor and assist team members.
3. Provide safe haemodialysis treatment in line with patient prescriptions.
4. Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, and with external organizations and hospital trusts.
5. Promote and demonstrate effective communication at all times with patients, users, and providers.
6. Adhere to company procedures, guidelines, and policies, and assist in implementation and review.
7. Continuously develop knowledge and skills relevant to delivering a high standard of care to patients.
8. Demonstrate a commitment to evidence-based practice and assist in the evaluation of evidence to improve patient care.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
1. Experience in renal nursing is preferred.
2. Good communication skills.
3. Good knowledge of current professional nursing issues.
4. Ability to adapt to change within the working situation.
5. Good interpersonal skills, friendly, outgoing, flexible.
6. Able to work effectively within a team.
The successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary of GBP30,000 - GBP35,000 per annum DOE. This is a permanent full-time role working on day shifts from Monday to Saturday. Benefits include:
