Technical Support Officer
Harlow / Hybrid (2 Days in office)
£150 per day
Accountabilities:
We’re looking for a highly organised Technical Support Officer to support our Damp & Mould service. In this role, you’ll help manage cases from first report to completion, ensuring residents receive timely updates and that all actions are completed accurately and on time.
You’ll coordinate appointments, maintain case files, assist surveyors with reports and documentation, and track progress of remedial works. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and confidence working with repairs or housing systems are essential. Experience in property services or damp & mould support is an advantage.
