Job Description
Managing Credit Control limits on a daily basis - including chasing payments anddialogue with customers
3. Purchase Ledger - Processing invoices/credits/payments
4. Sales Ledger - Processing invoices/credits/receipts
5. Performing bank reconciliations and allocating receipts and payments
6. Completing the weekly payment runs
7. Processing expenses - both personal and credit card
8. Dealing with general account queries - being the first point of contact
9. Responsible for managing the Accounts team inbox
10. Liaising with Operations team
11. Managing accounts post
12. Other ad hoc taks as required
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
13. Quickbookx expereince ideal
14. Excel literate
15. A solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
16. Proficiency in relevant accounting software and systems.
17. Strong numerical and analytical skills.
18. Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
19. The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
20. Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
