Accrual, Prepayment, Depreciation and Payroll month-end journals
Balance Sheet Reconciliations
Budget setting and Forecasting
Variance Analysis
Job Cost reporting
Accounts and KPI commentary for Shareholders and Senior Management Team
Annual Budget setting
Coordination of year end stock take and Audit
Coordination of the companys day-to-day financial transactions
Line management of the Accounts Manager and Accounts Assistant
Deputising for direct reportees to cover all aspect of P/L, S/L, VAT Returns and Payroll
You will need strong experience in Management Accounts. Previous experience working within construction / CIS / reverse VAT knowledge would be beneficial but not essential. Experience working with an ERP system and / or strong Excel skills would also be useful.
The company were ideally looking at full-time, but would also be happy to consider less hours for the right candidate (circa 28/30).
