Randstad C&P are working with an established and growing FM company who is seeking a Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer with an electrical bias to join their regional team. This is a mobile role covering commercial sites across Leeds up towards Manchester.
The Package:
Competitive salary up to £40,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities
Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of commercial buildings.
Fault finding, testing and inspection, and general electrical repairs on lighting, power, emergency systems, and distribution boards.
Support with mechanical systems, HVAC systems and general building fabric maintenance including doors, basic plumbing, tiling, and patch repairs.
Complete service and maintenance documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with health & safety guidelines.
Liaise with site contacts and represent the company professionally.
Participate in the on-call rota.What We're Looking For
Strong multi-skilled background with a core strength in electrical systems
City & Guilds in Electrical Installation (any edition considered) - further qualifications can be supported
NVQ Level 3 in Electrical or Building Services preferred
Minimum 3 years' experience in one role - stable work history is essential
Experience working in commercial environments (e.g., offices, retail, hospitality, or public buildings)
Comfortable working independently across multiple sites
Must pass a DBS prior to employment
