Transformation Engineer
11‑month contract. Based in West Midlands. £31.47 per hour (Inside IR35).
Applicants must have proof of immediate, ongoing and valid eligibility to work full time and travel within the UK.
Job Description
* Facilitate transformation workstreams with a strategic focus on digital innovation, etc.
* Facilitate end‑to‑end delivery of transformation projects, from scoping and planning, etc.
* Develop detailed project plans, schedules, RAID logs, risk mitigations, etc.
* Own project governance, reporting and alignment with PMO standards.
* Track value delivery and maintain a benefits realisation plan.
* Support the development and deployment of innovative technologies and processes.
Experience Required
* Strong background in manufacturing engineering, within final assembly operations.
* Project management capability (planning, RAID management, value tracking, etc.)
* Experience working within PMO frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
* Excellent facilitation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and influence at multiple levels.
