The Role – Commercial Management
Graduates joining the Commercial Management pathway (Quantity Surveying) will:
* Assist in the commercial oversight of subcontract packages and materials procurement
* Support project teams with contract administration, cost tracking, and reporting
* Contribute to risk and opportunity management to protect project budgets and margins
* Work as part of multi-disciplinary teams on a variety of infrastructure projects
* Develop the skills and knowledge to gain professional accreditation (e.g., RICS)
