Customer Advisor - Night Stock flow – B&Q Croydon
Full time 36.75 hours per week; 3 month fixed term contract.
Shifts available Monday – Sunday, 9.00 pm – 6.00 am.
UK notional hourly rate £13.78 per hour (exclusive of £1.07 per hour store‑specific allowance and an additional £2 per hour between 10 pm and 5 am).
* Colleagues under 18 are not permitted to work between 10 pm – 6 am.

Responsibilities
* Ensure store is stocked with items customers need and products that spark new possibilities.
* Maintain efficiency and safety; gain a forklift licence if required.
* Explore new solutions and make decisions to grow the business.
Qualifications & Experience
* Great communicator with clear thinking and sound planning even when busy.
* Organised and analytical thinker who keeps things simple.
* Team player who supports colleagues and works through challenges together.
* Flexible to work a rota that includes weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
* Willingness to expand skills using new technology and learning new ways of working.
