Job Overview
We are seeking a driven and commercially minded Sponsorship Sales Executive to spearhead sponsorship revenue across a portfolio of established and growing events. This is an office-based role where you'll be central to developing strong relationships, creating value‑led sponsorship packages, and securing long‑term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
* Proactively generate new sponsorship leads and convert them into long‑term clients.
* Manage, nurture, and grow existing sponsor accounts.
* Develop compelling sponsorship proposals tailored to client objectives.
* Conduct outbound sales calls, meetings, and presentations to senior decision‑makers.
* Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and accurately forecast revenue.
* Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, event production) to deliver high‑quality sponsorship experiences.
* Conduct market research to identify new sectors and partnership opportunities.
* Represent the company at events, networking sessions, and industry functions.
Skills & Experience Required
* Proven track record in B2B sponsorship or media sales (events experience preferred).
* Confident in outbound sales, negotiation, and closing high‑value deals.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Strong commercial awareness and ability to understand client needs.
* Highly organised, self‑motivated, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Comfortable working full‑time from the office.
