We’re looking for a talented tech, gaming and SEO-savvy writer with experience in journalism or marketing to join GamesRadar: one of the world’s biggest gaming and entertainment sites. You will form a crucial part of our eCommerce and Hardware team’s strategy, tracking all the latest deals and covering a variety of verticals around PC and console.
Our buying guides, product reviews, and deals guides are an essential part of our team’s content and you’ll get to test and write about a wide range of products across the world of console and PC gaming, popular consumer tech, streaming services, merch and more. You’ll also regularly write deal news stories on essential items we love, when they get a tempting price drop we want to share with our readers. We also cover the big annual sale events like Black Friday and Prime Day with targeted approaches to making sure GamesRadar highlights the best offers in our field of expertise.

What you'll be doing... Create and maintain high-ranking buying guides and deals guides
Review PC and console gaming hardware and tech products
Write deal news stories on the latest offers for US and UK markets
Write news stories on new hardware products
Write informative supporting content on your area of expertise
Research new eCommerce-friendly subjects to target
Stay up-to-date on SEO best practices to utilise in your work
Analyse article performance (page views, transaction conversion rate, commission earnings etc) and see what we can improve, what works well and how those learnings could help elsewhere
Experience that will put you ahead of the curve... Spotless spelling and grammar
Write insightful reviews and multi-product guides and news stories
Able to write quickly and accurately
Able to adapt and learn new skills
A basic understanding of SEO - we’ll help you become a master
An enthusiastic knowledge of gaming, tech and gadgets
You know where to find great deals or compare prices
Able to take the initiative and approach us with new ideas
