The Role
A global manufacturer of high quality bespoke forklifts and other materials handling equipment seeks a new Northern Regional Sales Manager. You will receive coaching and support from their top National Sales Managers and Sales Director who have worked their way up through performance and promotions. You will manage an existing base of current key client fleets and also target new business within the area.
This is a senior sales position that offers true continued long term career progression with a leading brand name.
Experience Required
You will already be a successful materials handling sales person consultatively selling forklift fleets into the supply chain industry especially; manufacturing, warehousing and logistics. You will be given established key accounts to manage that will still provide you with lucrative commission but you must be a new business hunter as you will be incentivised to a much greater extent to bring on new large fleet business in the region. Although you will be selling to a variety of sized companies you must be adept at communicating with all levels of decision maker.
On large deals this will include presenting and negotiating on high value contracts.

The Package
A competitive starting basic salary of £40,000 to £50,000 basic and an achievable uncapped OTE £100,000 upwards is on offer for the Regional Sales Manager selling forklifts.
This is dependent on your required level of experience and previous sales performance in selling materials handling equipment. The package also includes a company car, mobile phone, laptop, private health care, pension, health club membership and childcare vouchers.
