Role Summary

We are looking for talented, entrepreneurial technical leaders to design and deliver new ServiceNow solutions for global Fortune 500 clients.
Responsibilities
* Understand business challenges and architect system solutions with ServiceNow.
* Work with global clients across industries in a trusted advisor capacity to design and deliver new solutions.
* Provide leadership and technical design authority oversight on critical ServiceNow programs.
* Influence and consult sponsors/stakeholders with options, pros/cons and risks while providing thought leadership on governance, program/project management, business process and technical problems.
* Continuously learn and pursue new certifications such as Certified Master Architect.
* Seek information about new ServiceNow applications and stay up-to-date on the latest offerings.
* Access robust training and certification opportunities through the ServiceNow Business Group.
* Identify opportunities to provide additional value to clients and work with the ServiceNow account teams internally.
* Drive continuous improvements of implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences.
* Manage and lead teams of ServiceNow Developers in a technical management and mentorship capacity.
* Follow a process-oriented approach and prefer order over chaos.
* Have a strong background working with Enterprise Software or Consulting companies.
Qualifications & Experience
* Knowledge and experience working with ServiceNow in Development & Technical Architecture capacity.
* Experience leading teams of ServiceNow Developers as a technical manager and mentor, implementing quality standards such as code and architectural reviews.
* Minimum 5+ ServiceNow CIS certifications.
* Experience with at least 3 product lines outside of ITSM (ITOM, ITAM, HAM/SAM, SPM, HR, CSM, etc.).
* Advanced scripting and integration skills – JavaScript, SQL, API Web Services.
* Experience integrating ServiceNow with Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
* Security Clearance desired, or ability to obtain SC clearance required.
