Chef - Cafe Lido Restaurant
Key Responsibilities:
* Reporting into the Head Chef / Team Leaders
* Role model the company values and behaviours at all times: Hospitality, Passion, Trustworthiness, Excellence, Stewardship, Kindness
* You will need a passion for producing food to the highest standard
* The ability to follow food specifications
* To work adhering to all Food Safety and Policy Standards
* Be motivated to ensure our food and hygiene standards are consistently high
* Assisting in the preparation of menu dishes
* Maintaining high standards of hygiene
* Preparing ingredients
* Measuring dish ingredients and portion sizes accurately
* Deal with deliveries and stock rotation
Experience/Skills Required:
* Chef experience
* Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
* Has a "can do" attitude
* Enjoy being part of a team
Seasonal role, live in opportunity available, must be able to work weekends, holidays and a mix of day and evening shifts - Contracted until 2nd November 2026.
