Caretaker Required

Academics are working with an excellent and friendly school based in Rochester that is looking for a committed, motivated, and hardworking Caretaker to join their site team immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Completing general maintenance duties.
2. Performing minor repairs and refurbishments.
3. Handling porterage and basic DIY tasks.
4. Ensuring the health and safety of the school premises.
Requirements:
1. Previous site/premises experience required.
2. School experience is an advantage but not essential.
3. Must have a fully Enhanced DBS.
4. General maintenance experience.
5. Reliability and a strong work ethic.
