Salary: Main Pay Scale 1 – 6 + SEN Allowance (£32,916-£45,352) + SEN £2,787

This is a unique opportunity to teach a small class of preverbal autistic pupils in a supportive, person centred and inclusive environment.
Sutherland House School Braithwell is an independent specialist school for autistic children and young people aged 5-19. The school prides itself on creating personalised learning opportunities with a vision for reaching potential for each individual pupil. As part of a supportive staff team, you will have a passion for improving the lives for autistic pupils and their families. You will have a commitment to planning and delivering engaging lessons and you will engage with a wide range of professionals, including therapists to ensure all pupils are reaching their full potential.
Previous experience with autistic pupils or teaching in an additional need’s environment is desirable however full training and support will be given.
