Vacancy Description: Post Completions Assistant – Conveyancing Department Location: Atria, Bolton Office Hours: 9.00 am to 5.00 pm - Monday to Friday (1 Hour Lunch) Salar y: Negotiable depending upon experience. We have a vacancy for a Post Completions Assistant to work within our busy Conveyancing Department, based at our Bolton office. The role requires excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload. Job role Duties Working within a busy office with a friendly team of people, you will be expected to carry out the following duties: Closing and archiving files once all post completion matters have been dealt with Diarising OS1 dates and other significant milestones Preparing AP1 applications Dealing with Land Registry requisitions Dealing with any other post completion matters Skills Required Previous experience working within post completions in a conveyancing department and familiarity with the HMLR portal Excellent attention to detail (accuracy essential) Good communication skills both written and verbal Good IT skills Ability to work well within a team environment Able to exercise high standards of client care in a professional manner Firm Details The traditions and values, which first established Russell & Russell as an early pioneer of legal services continues to serve us well today.
