About the position
Reporting into the Senior HR Business Partner for Group Functions, as well as supporting the HR Business Partner for our Shared Finance Centre, supporting on the global agenda. This role will be focussed on supporting our Great People, supporting in a variety of areas in HR as well as developing business partner relationships with stakeholders across the client groups. This role will have a lot of focus on ER, as well as supporting on recruitment, onboarding and various HR projects.
Key Responsibilities will Include:
HR Support: Providing operational and admin support to your HRBP’s across the employee lifecycle, including areas such as recruitment, People Awards, people processes and the graduate scheme
Deliver HR Excellence: You will have responsibility for maintaining and managing data integrity, as well as HR reporting and analysis
Recruitment: Supporting hiring managers to go through the recruitment process, creating interview plans and be part of the first stage interviews with the hiring managers
Induction & Onboarding: Educating line managers and new employees on induction process, making sure inductions plans are in place
About You
We’re looking for someone who has around 2+ years of experience in HR and is CIPD qualified. You will have the ability to work in a group as well as autonomously, having demonstratable experience of building excellent stakeholder relationships. You will be experienced working on ER cases, as well as having broader employee lifecycle experience.
