Reds10, an award-winning leader in offsite construction, is recruiting Design Managers to work at either our London, Leeds or Driffield offices.This is a great opportunity to join our ambitious teams designing and delivering high-quality, sustainable buildings across multiple tenures. The role may suit an experienced Design Manager or someone from an engineering or architectural background who is currently running their own projects.Responsibilities:Deliver high-quality designs that meet client expectations.Lead and oversee the design and technical processes, from proposals to construction.Ensure compliance with legislation, regulations, and company policies.Collaborate closely with internal and external teams, clients, and stakeholders.Manage budgets and timelines, ensuring seamless project execution.Drive innovation, keeping up to date with the latest design technologies and processes.Lead co-ordination meetings with sub-contractors during design development.What We’re Looking For:Strong technical knowledge and relevant sector experience.Interest in, or knowledge of MMC would be a benefitProject management and organisational skills.Experience managing sub-consultant scopes and appointments.Experience of pre-construction design activities.A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.Ability to integrate design seamlessly with overall project objectives.Strong commercial acumenAble to develop and maintain excellent working relationships and build trust with all levels of the team internally and external.What We OfferAn opportunity to work with a forward-thinking, award-winning company.A collaborative, supportive and driven team culture.Ongoing professional development and trainingCompetitive salary and benefits package
