We have a fantastic opportunity available for a Sales Consultant for the Estee Lauder counter within our Whitehaven based department store.
Your job will include welcoming customers, answering questions, recommending products, and assisting with transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service, including welcoming customers, answering questions, and assisting with purchases.
2. Sales: Building rapport with customers, and delivering expert product recommendations.
3. Visual Merchandising: Maintaining a clean and organised store environment and participating in visual merchandising efforts.
4. Stock Management: Assisting with stocking shelves and handling deliveries.
5. Cash Handling: Operating the cash register and handling transactions.
6. In-Store Events: Participating in in-store events to drive sales and customer engagement.
