Senior Support Worker – Nuneaton - £13.72 per hour
Typical Shifts are: 7am-3pm, 3pm-10am Monday - Sunday - full flexibility required - shifts provided 4 weeks in advance.

As a Senior Support Worker you will help people to gain more independence in their daily lives while assisting the Manager with day‑to‑day supervision and management of the service. You may allocate shifts, book training, induct new colleagues, support supervision, order medication, and help the people we support manage their finances.
We require a candidate with previous experience as a Senior Support Worker and a Level 3 in Health & Social Care is desirable. Experience working with individuals requiring enhanced support, including behaviours of distress, mental health conditions, acquired brain injury, autism, forensic histories, and people who have experienced trauma, is essential.
