Vacancy | Football Behaviour & Impact Officer Location: This is a hybrid role with opportunities to work remotely from the Berks & Bucks FA office (Milton Park, Oxfordshire), from home, and across the County. Salary: Band 4 (£26,280-£32,181) per annum, dependent on experience. Hours: 35 hours per week, with a requirement to work evenings and weekends in line with the demands of the role. Contract: Full Time - Fixed Term Contract (expiring June 2028) The Opportunity Berks & Bucks FA is seeking a dedicated individual to join the organisation in a unique role focused on positively influencing behaviour in grassroots football. The Football Behaviour & Impact Officer will play a key role in promoting positive conduct among players, officials, and spectators, working closely with member Clubs, Leagues, and other stakeholders to address undesirable behaviour across the game. Its mission is to lead, protect, and support each individual's journey in football by inspiring a lifelong relationship with the game. Main Responsibilities Implement initiatives to celebrate and reward positive behaviour Deliver campaigns, interventions, and workshops to promote positive behaviour within the football community Enhance the impact of FA promotional campaigns and interventions at a local level A full list of responsibilities and the person specification is available in the attached job description.
