Overview
UNRVLD is a digital experience and technology agency based in Belfast, Northern Ireland. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join during a period of growth and expansion. As a Project Manager at UNRVLD, you will lead your production team on client projects, manage multiple projects and large budgets, and collaborate with a Product Owner and Technical Team Lead. You will work closely with the Account Manager to nurture key client relationships and lead a strategy and programme of work.
We operate in an Agile environment with cross-disciplinary teams including architects, developers, designers, QAs and SEO specialists. Your role is to keep everyone organised, productive and engaged.
This role can be based at one of our offices in Belfast, London, Leeds, Cardiff or Manchester, with a hybrid pattern of two days in the office.
Role Responsibilities
* Managing project financials and reporting commercial performance clearly and accurately to the account management team
* Managing customer relations and maintaining stakeholder confidence and trust
* Resource planning and capacity modelling, ensuring the team is fully utilised and billable
* Managing multiple large projects and BAU activity within the production team
* Managing risk on projects and applying appropriate frameworks
* Providing weekly reporting to internal and external stakeholders
* Producing and delivering project plans
* Facilitating workshops and meetings (face to face and online) and removing blockers to enable efficient work
* Proactively solving problems and escalating where required
* Soliciting feedback through established SCRUM ceremonies to support team growth
* Providing sales support when required
Experience Required
* Proven project management experience in digital applications, multimedia, software development, with knowledge of full project lifecycle/SDLC
* Financial management experience - managing budgets and delivering value
* Experience managing remote or off-site teams and working with multiple projects and customers
* Experience working in an Agile environment
* Knowledge of an enterprise CMS or DXP (e.g., Optimizely, Contentful, Sitecore, Shopify)
