Your Mission:
As a Front Office Team Member, you’re not just working at the desk — you’re creating first impressions. You’ll play a key role in delivering warm welcomes, smooth stays, and genuine guest connections.
You’ll be approachable, proactive, and service-driven, contributing to a positive, supportive, and fun team culture.

What the Role Looks Like:

Guest Journey & Experience
• Deliver excellent service throughout the guest journey — from pre-arrival to post-checkout.
• Support daily front office operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests.
• Handle guest concerns with empathy and professionalism, escalating when needed.
• Use guest feedback positively to improve service and enhance the guest experience.
• Promote the ALL Loyalty Programme and identify opportunities to upsell services.

Teamwork & Professionalism
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Lead by example through a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail.
• Follow brand standards and ensure consistent service delivery.
• Take part in training opportunities and actively contribute to personal development.


Qualifications

* Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
* Strong numerical and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Previous experience with Opera PMs or similar, preferred but not essential
* Proficiency in using financial software and hotel management systems.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and efficiently with little supervision.
* Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
* Basic computer skills and familiarity with standard office software.
* Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing issues or complicated guests.
